the question stated above is not a trick question by the way..i just wanna know Laughing

as stated by the head coach...: "Actually the amount of muscle you'll gain if you are trying to "maintain" is determined by your eating habits....not your program"

...overeating sometimes is inevitable, what if I overeat for the day, how can i burn/ eradicate the extra calories i put in my body? (as you stated cardio would not do it) Crying or Very sad

One day of overeating will not usually cause you to gain significant fat, if any. Our body allows us to overeat on some days and it won't cause a fat gain. If you do this often, however, expect to gain fat.

my goal : loose weight (10 lbs max) , gaining some muscles ( or "form"), look leaner (never bulk), model type look

height: 5'8
weight: 130 lbs
sex: f

is doing 5x5 enough to accomplish my goal? or i need to squeeze in HIIT on treadmill, some TABATA or....?

Start by cleaning up your diet first and se if that will already produce results.

I'd say that 60 minutes of (managed) EDT plus 10-15minutes of HIIT would have you like Jessica Alba (or probably better since she's not exactly impressive IMHO) in 6 weeks if you were to train 3X per week.
