Cheap alternative to leather gym gloves

This idea came from Mark Limbaga
Here in the Philippines, this pair of gloves is commonly known as “kargador gloves”. It is being used by construction workers, carpenters, electricians, fishermen, garbage collectors and men in other jobs that require heavy lifting or carrying rough objects.
They usually last for more than 2 months and are usually washed once a week. They only cost around 10-20 pesos a pair from hardware stores and approximately 30 pesos if bought from Ace hardware or Handyman.
This pair of gloves is ideal for really heavy lifters who keep busting their expensive leather gloves or for people who just aren’t willing to shell out that much for leather gloves that will smell like dead rat after a month.
